I sit here today, a 26 year old female with a sore bruised bicep caused by a 50+ year old man and the answer to it all is to “go over compliance rules again with the company as a whole” because NO ONE knows his name. I am very disappointed in the way this situation was “handled”. No management, security or police were called until I demanded a manager come speak to me before I left. I am very familiar with the deescalation process in areas of conflict and physically laying your hands on someone is NOT it, especially in his job role. As a former CSC employee, niece of a Sergeant State Trooper this situation needs to be escalated to the highest measure. Nobody would release his name to make this formal complaint and the manager we spoke to stated “We don’t condone this behavior and we will address it.” but in the same breath said she is not sure of his name or whereabouts as he went out the opposite side. He asked for assistance and many of the posted employees told him to let me go. I ignored him and continued walking until he was in my face and gripped me by my left bicep and tried to forcefully pull me in the direction he wanted me to go. Another employee rudely told me I was not allowed to go the way I was just told to no matter what the other employee said repeatedly.

On Thursday 7/14 at the conclusion of the Backstreet Boys concert in Camden, NJ a Live Nation employee provided specific directions to get to the parking lot I was headed to.
